Screamingo.com accepts Bank Transfer and Paypal as payment methods. These options are available to customers when placing an order on the website. Please note that all orders are accepted as is by the customer submitting either the Place Order button, or checking out via Paypal Express. Screaming O Charged products come with a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty covers the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

Due to the nature of Screaming O products, and to ensure the health and safety of their customers and staff, they cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids, except in the case of a damaged or defective product.

To take advantage of the Screaming O Charged product warranty, be sure to register your Charged product within 30 days of the original purchase date. Fill out the simple registration form and Screaming O will handle the rest.

Screaming O requires that all items to be returned must first be pre-approved by contacting customer service at 310.446.1632. The items must include their original packaging, paperwork, manuals, accessories and a copy of the receipt.
